Conversion of Grade II Listed barn into beamy 2-bedroomed house

Looking out off the rooftop patio.

Clever conversion of Grade II listed barn into stunning Yorkshire home using both traditional and contemporary materials.

The judges highlighted a sympathetic approach by the builders to the restrictions imposed by working on a listed building as well as flawless craftmanship on the brickwork, roofwork and joinery. The home was enhanced by the installation of a modern kitchen and bathroom.
