Summer room is a perfect mat

An outstanding extension to this 100-year old property gives the owners an extensive summer living area and a new kitchen of the highest quality. Handmade units combine with granite work surfaces to give the kitchen a contemporary feel, while the spacious summer room is used both as a sitting and dining area. Attractive coving to the ceiling helps marry the extension to the original house. Large windows on two sides of the room make it light and airy, with french doors opening onto the landscaped garden.

The project took eight months to complete but disruption to the customer and his family was minimal.
