Winner of Master Builder Of the Year Award 2004 for stunning Cornish Georgian home

Exterior shot.

This project involved the extensive restoration, extension and refurbishment of a derelict three-storey Georgian Listed Building that was on the local authority 'at risk' list. The aim was to save the original features such as plasterwork, window shutters and original boxes.

The whole building was refurbished beautifully, to modern standards while retaining or reproducing original features, to create a magnificent house, which views over a beautiful Cornish harbour.
