Traditional Gloucestershire style
This picturesque house uses traditional Cotswold materials and building techniques, with Bradstone walls and roof slates, while the modern interior is tastefully styled to match the owner's requirements. Although the house was bought "off plan", the builder then worked closely with his customers giving them considerable choice in the internal layout. The centrepiece of the kitchen is a large plinth incorporating an electric hob, with a large central extractor hood over. The spacious lounge includes a natural stone fireplace and glazed doors that provide both light and access to the garden. The entrance hall features a white oak staircase. The owners were particularly impressed with the level of service offered by this builder, who remained unfazed by any alteration or change of plan.
